All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment is required at the time of service or upon collection, depending on the service type. We accept various payment methods including cash, credit cards, and digital payment platforms. Customers will receive a detailed receipt for all transactions.

5. Liability and Limitations

While Qoxadi takes utmost care in handling your items, we cannot be held responsible for:

  1. Damage to items not suited for the selected cleaning method
  2. Color bleeding or fading in garments with unstable dyes
  3. Shrinkage of natural fibers beyond industry-standard tolerances
  4. Pre-existing damage not declared at the time of service
  5. Loss or damage to items left uncollected beyond 30 days
  6. Items with undeclared valuables left in pockets

Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed ten times the service charge for the affected item or £500, whichever is lower.

6. Uncollected Items

Items not collected within 30 days of the agreed collection date will be considered abandoned. Qoxadi reserves the right to dispose of or donate such items after providing reasonable notice to the customer's registered contact information. Storage fees may apply for extended periods.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service for collection services. Refunds for unsatisfactory service will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. We strive for complete customer satisfaction and will work to resolve any concerns promptly and fairly.

We collect and process personal information in accordance with UK data protection laws. Customer information is used solely for service delivery, communication, and business operations. We do not share personal data with third parties except as required by law or for essential service fulfillment.
